How to Order
Browse and Select
Explore our online catalog and add the orchids you're interested in to your cart. Think of this as creating your wish list for a personalized quotation.

Minimum Order Check
Our system will automatically check if your selection meets our minimum order requirements (see below). The "Get a Quote" button will be enabled only if your cart meets these minimums.

Get a Quote
Once your cart is ready, click the "Get a Quote" button. This will send your selected items and quantities to our sales team.

Bulk Orders
For large or wholesale orders, you may be eligible for special pricing. Please email us at exportsales@airorchid.com with your desired products and quantities to request a custom price list.

Proforma Invoice
We'll review your request, confirm availability, and send you a detailed Proforma Invoice with pricing and shipping information.

Payment & Permit (if applicable)
Make your payment and provide your import permit (if you're outside Thailand).

We Ship!
We'll confirm the delivery date and ship your orchids within 7-15 days.

Pricing & Payment
Our prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and are for the packed orchids at our farm. You’ll be responsible for shipping, handling, and any import fees. We accept bank transfers, online payments, Visa, and Mastercard (with a 3% processing fee).

Payment must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. For bulk or wholesale orders, credit terms may be available upon request and approval.
Shipping
We pack our orchids carefully to ensure they arrive in great condition. Here’s some information about our boxes

We’ll estimate shipping costs in your Proforma Invoice, but the final cost will be on the Commercial Invoice after we ship. Any overpayment will be credited to your account or refunded.
Damaged Orchids?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your orchids if they arrive damaged or unhealthy, and provide photo evidence.
